PAYMENT
We accept payments via PayPal, Bank Transfer and the following cards:

Goods will not be delivered until the customer’s funds have cleared.
ORDER NOTES
All transactions are carried out in British Pounds.
After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent with your Transaction and Order Reference numbers.
We are not responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions or human error. This website operates on an ‘invitation to treat’ basis, and as such, we reserve the right to decline orders for bulk or high-value purchases.

During the payment process, you will be transferred to a Secure Order Processing page. Your details will be encrypted using 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the security of your personal information.
RETURNS POLICY & GUARANTEE
We guarantee your satisfaction with a no-fuss guarantee on all our products.
According to the EU Distance Selling Directive, you can cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods.
To cancel, contact us first and then return the unopened products within 7 days. Return costs are covered by the customer, and goods are subject to handling charges from 10% to 40%.
Bespoke items, special order items, bulk quantities, fabricated items, opened pack quantities, or goods not in resellable condition cannot be returned.
If goods are received damaged or short, they must be signed for as such, and Direct Channel must be notified within 24 hours.
DELIVERY
Delivery dates are estimates only. We will make every effort to meet them but accept no liability for any losses due to delays.
Delivery arrangements within the UK are at our discretion unless specified by the Buyer.
Risk in the goods passes to the Buyer upon off-loading at the destination if we are the carrier, or upon leaving our premises if not.
