6.3 x 45mm Tech Screws with Washer – For Timber (Pack of 100)

These 6.3 x 45mm TIMco tech screws are specially designed for secure timber fixing applications, both indoors and outdoors. Each screw features a fine self-tapping thread and comes pre-fitted with a corrosion-resistant EPDM galvanised washer for watertight and vibration-resistant sealing.

  • Size: 6.3mm diameter x 45mm overall length
  • Washer: 16mm EPDM galvanised washer with rubber backing
  • Thread: Fine self-tapping metric thread – ideal for timber
  • Head: 5.5mm head with 8mm across flats (A/F)
  • Embedment Depth: Minimum 40mm for reliable hold
  • Fixture Thickness: Max 5mm FT
  • Finish: Silver Ruspert plating – corrosion resistant
  • Use: Suitable for external and internal timber applications
  • Standard: BSEN ISO 9227:2006 compliant
  • Pack Size: Supplied in a box of 100 screws
