Description
Adjustable Brace / Shoe Plate is a versatile fixing designed to support static angled and braced connections within 41x41mm strut channel systems. Because the plate allows controlled positional adjustment during installation, it helps achieve accurate alignment when forming bracing, supports or structural connections. The hot dipped galvanised finish also ensures long-term durability in both internal and external environments.

Applications
This adjustable brace shoe plate is commonly used where strut needs to be braced or fixed at an angle under static load conditions. For example, installers use it in frame construction, support bracing, mechanical services, cable containment structures and plant support systems. In addition, the adjustable design allows correct positioning during installation before the assembly is fully secured.
Design & Compatibility
The shoe plate fits all standard 41x41mm strut channel systems and works with common strut fixings and accessories. Once installed and tightened, it forms a fixed, non-moving connection. As a result, it integrates easily into both new builds and retrofit installations while maintaining a clean and professional finish.
