Description
41mm Cross Brace Bracket Kit – Platform Upgrade for Air Con Wall Brackets (HDG)
This 41mm cross brace bracket kit upgrades a standard two-arm air con wall bracket into a braced support platform. The four cross braces slide onto the 41mm cantilever arms and lock in place, letting you run support channels across the arms so the unit sits on a rigid deck instead of balancing on two rails.
⚠️ Upgrade kit braces and fixings only. This kit contains four cross braces and the M10 fixings. The air con wall bracket kit (cantilever arms and wall channel) and the support channels that form the platform are sold separately. This kit upgrades a wall bracket you already have, or plan to buy alongside it.
📦 What’s in the Kit:
- 4 × Strut Pro Cross Brace (STP41XB) – wrap-over sliding coupler with welded bracket
- 12 × M10x30mm Hex Head Set Screws (HB1030G)
- 12 × M10 Channel Nuts (CNP10G)
- 12 × M10x25mm Penny Washers HDG (PWM1025G)
✅ What It Does:
- Slides to fit any unit – position the braces along the arms to match the unit’s feet, then lock
- Adds rigidity – braces the two arms together so the frame stops twisting or splaying
- Makes a platform – run support channels across the braces and the unit sits on a flat deck
🔧 Material & Finish:
- Cross brace: Wrap-over coupler with welded bracket, 145 x 50 x 95mm (STP41XB)
- Finish: Hot Dip Galvanised – suitable for outdoor use
- Fits: 41 x 41mm channel and P2633T cantilever arms
- Fixings: M10, hot dip galvanised
🧱 Use With:
- Any of our air con condenser wall bracket kits (450mm to 900mm) — sold separately
- 41 x 41mm support channel, cut to length on our Strut Pro cut-to-size builder — sold separately
- Any 41 x 41mm Unistrut-compatible cantilever arm system
To complete the platform you’ll also need: an air con wall bracket kit (the two cantilever arms and wall channel) and two lengths of 41 x 41mm support channel to run across the braces. Both are sold separately. Cut your support channels to the exact length you need using our Strut Pro cut-to-size builder. Loads must be assessed for the specific unit and installation by a qualified installer.
