What are your opening and closing times?

We are open from 9am-5pm from Monday to Friday.

What are your collection times?

Customers can come to collect their orders between the hours of 9am and 4:30pm

What other ways can I get in contact if I have a question or problem?

If you are enquiring about stock, prices, discounts etc then you can email us at sales@directchannel.uk.com. If your enquiry concerns an order you have already placed with us (e.g. ETA for delivery, missing items, cancelling orders, etc) then send an email to orders@directchannel.uk.com. This allows our sales team to have a record of your inquiry and reduces the risk of miscommunication or other errors that may occur when giving information verbally.

Do I need to provide any information when I come to collect an order?

To receive your order with no stress it is important to make sure your order has been paid for and you have received an order number. Upon arrival, have your purchase order sheet ready to give to our staff members as this will allow them to prepare your order much quicker. If you notify us beforehand with what time you will be coming to collect your order then we can have it ready for you when you arrive, meaning that you will not have to wait.

Where are you located?

Our main address is Units 34 and 35, Bridge Road, Great Bridge Industrial Estate, Tipton, DY4 OHR

When you are close, the Jerseytex building should be on your left-hand side. Turn left after the Jerseytex building and we will be the first units as you turn into the estate.

What ways can I pay for an order?

The best way would be to pay online when placing the order. We can also take payment over the phone. When placing an order on our website, select the option to pay over the phone, then after 30 minutes give us a call and we will be able to take payment.

How do I log into my account?

If you have trouble logging in, click create new password. If this does not work, you may need to create a new account.
