What is your return window?

You can request to return correctly supplied goods within 7 days of receiving your order, in line with our Terms & Conditions.

Returned goods must be unopened, unused, and in resaleable condition. Once authorised, you will need to arrange your own courier to return the goods to our Tipton site.

All correctly supplied returns are subject to a 20–40% handling charge, depending on the product type and condition of the goods when received.

Please note that the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
– Custom cut strut / bespoke fabrications
– Special-order or made-to-order items
– Bulk quantities
– Opened packs
– Products not in resaleable condition

To arrange a return, email orders@directchannel.uk.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will confirm eligibility and the exact handling charge before you send anything back.
