How do I return goods?

  • Please contact orders@directchannel.uk.com to inform us of the return.
  • We will provide details of the restocking fee, which is a percentage of the refund amount.
  • You will need to arrange your own courier to return the goods to our address:
    Units 34/35 Bridge Road Industrial Estate, DY4 0HR.
  • Once the goods are received, they will be quality checked. After this, a refund will be processed, and a credit note will be sent to your email.
