Dear Customer, We offer flexible delivery options to suit your needs. Please read below for full details.

Delivery Options

    • Midlands Customers: We may be able to deliver your order using our own fleet of vehicles. (Delivery charges still apply)
    • Click & Collect: You are welcome to collect your order from our Tipton warehouse.
      • Please call us before arrival to confirm the correct collection location. All collections must first report to:
        • 📍 Units 34 / 35, Bridge Road, Great Bridge Industrial Estate, Great Bridge, Tipton, West Midlands, DY4 0HR – View on Google Maps
      • This is our main collection address and reception point.
      • We also operate from a second nearby site:
      • This is our D4 warehouse. We may sometimes ask you to collect a few parts of your order from here. It is only around 5 minutes’ drive from our main collection address.
      • For orders over 300kg, please call us in advance to confirm the collection date so we can prepare your order accordingly.
    • Standard UK Delivery: We aim to dispatch all online orders within 24 hours (cut-off time: 3:00 PM), with delivery typically taking 1–3 working days after dispatch.
      Good to know: Many of our customers receive their orders the very next working day after dispatch. While this is common, it is not guaranteed, and we do not currently offer a paid premium next-day delivery option.

Important Surcharge Information

  • Orders containing items over 2.0m: If your net order value (excluding VAT and delivery) is below ÂŁ45, a ÂŁ10 surcharge applies. You can avoid this by increasing your order value.

Other Locations

  • Highlands & Northern Ireland: We do ship to these postcodes, however over-length shipping is not available. Shipping prices for these areas can be calculated in the basket by entering your postcode. Please note that the standard delivery prices shown above apply to UK Mainland only, and delivery charges for Highlands & Northern Ireland will be higher than our standard UK Mainland shipping rates.

Important Notes

  • Damaged or missing items: If your order is delivered damaged or with missing items, notify the driver and update the courier portal immediately. You must also inform us within 24 hours to ensure your claim is processed.
  • Onsite Deliveries: We are not responsible for goods signed for on building sites that later go missing.
  • Palletized Deliveries: If your order requires a palletized courier, you must have a forklift on-site to unload. Failure to do so may result in redelivery charges. Most orders over 80kg are shipped via a palletized courier.
  • Large Orders: If delivery costs appear high for larger orders, please contact us at 0121 270 8507 or sales@directchannel.uk.com. We may be able to deliver using our own vehicles or offer alternative options.

Shipping to Northern Ireland

We do ship to Northern Ireland postcodes, however please note that delivery charges are higher than standard UK Mainland rates and can be calculated in the basket by entering your postcode.

Important: We currently do not offer over-length shipping to Northern Ireland. Please ensure your order falls within our standard shipping limits.
